I tried installing watir.Got following error:
C:\ruby\bin>set HTTP_PROXY=http://web-proxy.us.com:8080
C:\ruby\bin>gem install watir
ERROR: While executing gem … (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
- connect(2)(Errno::ECONNREFUSED)

PLease help me to install
